Please remember we offer a confidential service to everyone including under 16's.  This means we DO NOT discuss the conversations you have with us with anyone else. 

You DO NOT need to tell the receptionist why you need to see a doctor or nurse.  You are welcome to bring a friend or relative to your appointment or you can come by yourself if you prefer. 

You DO NOT have to sit in the main waiting area but can ask to wait somewhere more private.
