Patient Participation Group

Patient Matters – putting patients first

Aims of Group

  • To provide an informal way of keeping the Surgery in touch with any issues or concerns that patients may have.
  • To act as a sounding board so that the Surgery can discuss any major proposed changes with the group when needed.

Are you interested in what happens at your local Surgery? If so then why not join Patient Matters? This group will help keep the Surgery in touch with what its patients have to say about everything that matters in the Surgery.

If you join the group you do not have to come along to the meetings that take place every three months. You can choose what level of involvement you want.

If you would like to be involved please contact alison.featherstone1@nhs.net or contact the surgery on 01751 431254.

Surveys & Reports

GP survey results 2023

We are very grateful to the small number of patients who completed the GP survey this year.  We are pleased that 87% of patients rated their overall experience of the Surgery as good.  The results show that we are consistently above the national average and in all areas, bar two, above our local ICS average.  It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our whole Surgery team who strive to ensure that we always do the best we can despite the challenges we are now faced with.    To view the results please click here
